Weight loss- This week my goal to lose is three pounds.
Addiction- I am still working on no Diet Pepsi. So I will be struggling with that this week still.
Water- I will be drinking 100 ounces of water these week.
Habits- I am going to watch my budget this week as well
Parenting/relationships- I will be working on spending quality time with my husband
Exercise- HA! I will 'try' but I am seriously busy from the time I wake up until the time I go to sleep. But I will honestly try!!!
