I had a pretty good week as far as the diet goes. I lost 2 lbs!!! My SIL is loaning me her Body Bugg for the next few months. It has really been an eye opener for me. My water intake wasn't stellar. I did about 5/7 days so 5 points. I reached my calorie goals everyday. 7 points. I only had one major sugar weakness day 6 points. Going to bed, well I stunk at that one 3 points. Parenting, I'm still working on the yelling. I spent some time with each kid probably not enough. 4 points Exercise - 5 points.
